Do you have a Warranty Policy?

Yes. We offer a 30-day warranty from the day it ships. If your maple or birch game bat breaks within this timeframe, send us an image of the bat and we will replace it. You just cover the cost to ship it!
What is your Shipping Policy?

We currently only ship domestically. The most common methods are ground shipping and priority shipping. Depending on location, priority shipping usually gets delivered 2 business days after the package is dropped off. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. If you are out of country and wish to place an order, please contact us first.
How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 10-14 business days once your order has been submitted. We may get it out sooner, depending on order volume at the time ordered.
